That’s why I don’t follow pre-determined programs, my goal is to find the best solution that fits into your life and resonates with you. My approach is not to count proteins, carb and fats. We’re not going to create a list of things you cannot do. We will work in a flexible and rewarding way to lead a healthy, happy life.
